HolSoul is a place where modern medicine and timeless ways of healing sit at the same table — and where every person, every culture and every story is received with the same care.
We are building an atelier for whole-person wellbeing in Maryland and Connecticut: unhurried visits, beautiful spaces and clinicians who listen first.
Rooted & rising
Psychiatric and mental health care for every season of life — anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, or simply the wish to understand yourself more deeply.
Care for every body, recognizing how stress, sleep, pain and the nervous system shape how you feel — with integrative and restorative therapies designed to replenish, not rush, and midwifery and women’s health woven in across the lifespan.
Connection, culture and music — because healing is not always experienced through words alone. Sometimes it is felt through rhythm, memory and shared experience.
Our distinctive intersection
A psychiatrist remains a psychiatrist. A midwife remains a midwife. Each discipline keeps its depth and its standards — and when it serves you, they speak to one another, so you are understood beyond the boundaries of a single specialty.
Our model of care
Wherever you begin, you can move between pathways as life changes — without starting over with a new team.
Adults of all genders
Psychiatrist-led care for anxiety, mood, trauma and stress — with medication when it’s right for you, therapy, and care focused on prevention and resilience.
From pregnancy through the first year after birth
Pregnancy is one of the most profound periods of brain change in adult life. This pathway will weave mental health support into maternal care, with screening each trimester and closer follow-up in the months after birth. Join the Founding Circle to hear first when it opens.
Across the lifespan
Preventive and integrative care for cycle health, perimenopause, menopause and life transitions — with mental health care built in, not referred out.
Across every pathway
Validated mental health screening at intake and over time, so concerns are noticed early.
Evidence-informed practices that help the nervous system settle — always alongside, never instead of, clinical care.
Individual visits and small groups, because healing often happens in community.
Restorative therapies in a calm, spa-like setting, and virtual visits planned for MD, VA, D.C., DE and CT.
Our care model is informed by guidance from ACOG, the American Psychiatric Association, SAMHSA and HRSA.
For adults 18 and older. Self-pay practice; superbills provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
A letter from our founders
Dear friend,
Together, we bring psychiatry, neuroscience and music, midwifery, and more than a decade of clinical care. Again and again we have watched the mind, the body and the life around them cared for in separate places, by people who rarely speak to one another — and we have watched patients carry the gaps, often asked to leave part of themselves, their culture or their story at the door.
HolSoul is not two specialties sharing a room. It is one practice, woven together: psychiatry and midwifery, neuroscience and women’s health, mental health and maternal care, each informing the others so that your care moves with you as a whole person.
We believe no one is healed in isolation. We are shaped by one another, steadied by one another, and made well in community.
And we believe holistic care deserves the highest standard of evidence. Our model is built on established clinical guidance and current research, and we will keep measuring, learning and refining as we grow.
We are building HolSoul with care, and it would be our honor to welcome you when our doors open in 2027.
With warmth,
Opening 2027
